Effects of harmonics on distribution systems. Harmonics measurements. Harmonics losses. Passive filters. BP filters. HP filters. Active filters. Trade-offs in filters design. Tuning filters characteristics. Computer programs in analysis and synthesis. Monte Carlo analysis. Other methods to decrease harmonic distortion.
