Information network and environment. Testing hypotheses. Information theory, learning and knowledge. Artificial intelligence. Uncertainty observation. Symbol, semantics, lexeme. Acquisition, presentation and evaluation of knowledge. Fuzzy systems and neural networks. Information criteria for learning algorithms design. Agent systems. Information and media. Information content of multimedia communication and optimal coding. Multimedia information flow adjustment to available capacity. Quality.
