Description:

Mobile networks and services. 3G and 4G mobile networks: UMTS, HSPA, LTE. Technology of access and core networks: high speed packet access, long term evolution, integration with WLAN, fixed-mobile convergence, IP multimedia subsystem. Mobile broadcast: mobile TV service.
Telecommunications market and mobile market: characteristics, statistical indicators and development parameters, European and worldwide market. Liberalized mobile market, legal framework and market regulation in European Union. Development of technology in the area of mobile networks and services, role of content. Service deployment models. Mobile basket. Case studies.
